No Exchange parcels will be collected without the exchange form filled out and accompanied with the item that needs to be exchanged. Exchange form can be downloaded here.

🔧 Defective or Faulty Products

No Limits Sport only accepts exchanges for products that do not meet the expected quality standards for their intended use.

All items will be inspected by our quality control department before any decision is made.

Exchanges or replacements will only be considered in cases of:

  • ✅ Manufacturing defects

  • ✅ Faulty materials

  • ✅ Deviations from factory specifications

📏 Exchanges

  • ✅ Fitsets (sample sizes) are available at schools to help determine correct sizing.

  • 🚫 Made-to-order items (indicated during checkout) cannot be exchanged for different sizes, as they are custom-made per your selection.

  • 📌 Size guides and product specifications are available online. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered.

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange (where applicable), please email:

Returned items must be:

  • 🧼 Unused

  • 📦 In original condition

  • 🎁 In original packaging

📬 Exchange Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you of its arrival.

  • After inspection, you’ll be informed whether the exchange is approved

  • If all is in order a new item will be packed and sent back to the school on the next delivery run that we have for the school.
     Alternatively, you can come and collect the item from our head office or send a courier to collect it.

If a refund on an order is required and approved a refund voucher will be issued for the value of your order LESS 10% handling fee.   

No refunds will be made as an EFT to your account.
