Return and exchange policy
No Limits Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

No Limits Sport will only accept returns or exchanges for products where the final product is not up to standard for the uses for which they were designed. This return process is subject to an inspection by the No Limits quality checking department and replacement due to a below standard product as a result of a manufacturing defect, material quality, or deviation from factory specifications will be considered.
No Limits will not accommodate ‘change of mind’ refund requests.
All handmade garments have a seam allowance of 2cm.
Exchanges:
Several of our products are not kept in stock but manufactured on order.
This is indicated on the products when you add them to your cart.
Any orders placed that are made on order cannot be exchanged for a different size afterwards as no stock is kept on hand and the orders are made specifically based on what product and what size you add to your cart.
Where possible we provide size specs on products and our website includes a guideline on determining your size. It is your responsibility to make sure you are comfortable with the size that you order.
If you do want to submit a request for exchange or return (based on the details set out in paragraph 1) please send an email detailing your exchange request to sales@nolimitssport.co.za
Returns:
Please note, you have 7 calendar days to request a return of an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
As soon as the inspection is complete we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, you will be notified and we will request your banking details to load a refund payment. Please take note a 10% handling fee is charged on any and all refunds.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You can choose to make use of your own courier for the return or request a collection from our courier. Should you request a collection a quote will be provided to you that will need to be paid via EFT. Please specify this detail in your return request.
